The Surreal Swim Olympic Show In both 2005 and 2006, Asphalt Green, a New York City Upper East Side venue, asked New Leaf Events to write, produce and direct two original shows as part of a fundraiser event. With award winning costumes and lighting effects each show involved over 60 children and 10 Olympic Athletes. Music included works from Madonna, Eminem and Evanescence. The entire show took place on the hydraulic floor and in the deep end of an Olympic sized swimming pool. In total, each show raised over 1 million dollars.
